PROJECT DIANA AT INFOAGE

Camp Evans, where the Evans Signal Laboratory was located and where Project Diana was carried out, is now the Camp Evans National Historic Landmark, the Official State of New Jersey WW II Living Memorial--and home of the InfoAge Science and History Museums, located in Wall, NJ.
InfoAge owns a vast collection of materials relating to Project Diana, much of it donated by the families of the team members. The collection is in the process of being catalogued and preserved so that it can be made available for research.
The InfoAge Space Exploration Center, of which Project Diana is a highlight, is housed in Building 9162, on the southeast edge of the InfoAge campus at 2300 Marconi Road, immediately adjacent to where the massive Project Diana antenna once stood. The iconic bedspring antenna itself has long since been lost or destroyed, but a 60' parabolic dish antenna commemorating and named for Project Diana has been erected in its place to facilitate demonstrations, presentations, and re-enactments. The Project Diana site has been designated an IEEE Milestone.
Also located on the campus are several Dymaxion Deployment Units or DDUs, which were developed by Buckminster Fuller for use as office and storage space by Project Diana and other Camp Evans personnel. They are now being cleaned up, and one will be fully restored.
The InfoAge Wall of Honor is dedicated to giving recognition to those citizens who, by their lives or life’s work, have made significant contributions to the defense of our nation with their accomplishments at the US Army’s former Camp Evans and Fort Monmouth. Project Diana participants honored with plaques include Walter S. McAfee (2006), E. King Stodola (2017), and Harold Webb (2018).
No Small Climb (DVD featuring Dr. Walter McAfee) and To the Moon and Back: Essays on the Life and Times of Project Diana (memoir by Cindy Stodola Pomerleau) are on sale in the InfoAge Store.
